Dates are filled with tons of healthy vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. Not only that, they're loaded with fiber, allowing your body to make full use of their goodness as they are easily digested.

We find dates to be absolutely satisfying as a snack or as a sweet treat at then end of the day. They pair perfectly with many flavor combinations, to create an incredible burst of YUM. Try out our date creations and enjoy yourself some healthy deliciousness.

1. DATE WITH ALMOND BUTTER AND CHIA SEEDS This recipe is the perfect PROTEIN PACKED ENERGY pick-me-up. We often snack on this during the day when we want some extra energy.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut one side of date until you hit the pit (making sure to not cut all the way through the date) 2. Remove pit 3. Fill inside with almond butter. Then sprinkle with chia seeds 4. Enjoy!

 

2. DATE WITH FETA CHEESE AND WALNUT If you're a savory person, this will be your favorite new way to enjoy dates! The salty feta mixed with the sweet chewiness from the dates and the crunch from the walnut is just the perfect little package of flavor bombness.

1. Cut one side of date until you hit the pit (making sure to not cut all the way through the date) 2. Remove pit 3. Fill inside with almond feta cheese. Top with a fresh walnut. 4. Enjoy!

 

3. DATE WITH DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PISTACHIOS This sweet creation should be your go-to healthy dessert. After dinner, if you're craving something sweet, this should definitely do the trick!
