Turmeric Tonic

Not only will this drink make your insides super happy and healthy, but it will also give you a big boost of energy and sense of vitality. Drink this deliciously bright, gorgeous drink and enjoy all the healing benefits of turmeric, ginger, lemon and Manuka honey. You can make it as potent or mild as you wish depending how much lemon, ginger and turmeric you add-- play around until the potion works for your tastebuds, but the recipe below is what we love best!
TURMERIC TONIC RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
- 1 tablespoon turmeric spice
- juice of half a lemon
- 1-2 inches of grated ginger root
- filtered water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel and grate ginger (easiest to peel using the edge of a spoon!)
2. Combine grated ginger, turmeric, lemon juice and Manuka honey
3. Add all of the above to a pitcher of water and stir very well before drinking.
