Yoga Brunch

Kitchensurfing and onefinestay have come together for a week-long celebration dubbed “Homecooked,” bringing interesting people around the table to enjoy an array of home-cooked meals by Kitchensurfing chefs in a beautiful onefinestay home. Infused with a group of hosts and guests representing various interests and industries in Los Angeles, each Homecooked gathering curates a feast of food, travel and culture. We had the pleasure of kicking off the Homecooked series with a morning Yoga Brunch. Alongside The Chalkboard Mag, we invited some of our dear friends over for some yoga led by Jessie (playlist here), followed by a gluten-free brunch by Chef Stephanie Matthias (Sunday Food), and Pressed Juicery grapefruit-mint mimosas. The intimate gathering of such inspiring people in such a gorgeous setting was the perfect way to spend a sunny Saturday in LA.  Filled with relaxation, mingling, and delicious healthy food, let's just say we were definitely glowing. 

The scrumptious post-yoga feast included:

A gluten-free quinoa vegetable tart (recipe) // mini avocado toast with Maldon sea salt and chili flakes // crunchy kale and arugula salad (recipe) // mixed berry salad with citrus zest & coconut sugar // yogurt with honey and homemade gluten-free granola // And it ended with the most incredible mini strawberry and pistachio galettes (recipe) that we're still thinking about.
