Sweetfin Poké
Sweetfin Poké is doing poké just right. "From Pole to Bowl," this poké joint in LA uses high-quality ingredients and sustainable fish to make up a mouth-watering array of Asian-flavored bowls. Sweetfin Poké is so darn delicious-- healthy, fast-casual food that you want to eat on the regular. If you're a sushi lover, you'll be obsessed with Sweetfin. The menu is gluten and dairy-free (except their sinfully good Matcha Popcorn which contains dairy) and can be customized to fit any of your dietary needs. Everything you'll order here is light, refreshing, and scrumptious with a refreshing Asian twist (our favorite!!).
Owners Seth Cohen and Brett Nestdat, along with Chef Dakota Weiss, built their poké menu using incredible ingredients with depth of flavor. Of course, here it's all about the fish! Choose from Tuna, Salmon, Snapper, or Albacore. If you're a vegetarian don't fret, they've got you covered too with fresh veggie bowls. Everything from their bases, to sauces and toppings take the fish to the next level-- think green bamboo rice, kelp noodles, kale, sriracha ponzu, creamy togarashi, yuzu koshu, wasabi toasted coconut, avocado, and furkikae. You can choose from their list of signature bowls (our favorites being the Spicy Tuna & Spicy Yuzu Salmon) or you can BYOB-- build your own bowl. You really can't go wrong here, because everything is so fresh, so healthy, and SO GOOD.
You will dream about Sweetfin for days after you try it -- quick, fast, simple, and healthy deliciousness! The bowls really speak for themselves, but if you're looking for something extra, they offer taro chips on the side for dipping, along with an array of infused ice teas and coconut water. For a sweet treat, definitley don't miss their Matcha Pop! Matcha-infused white chocolate popcorn that you just might polish off within 5 minutes of opening the bag... you've been warned!
With new locations on the horizon, we're so lucky to have Sweetfin in LA. We can't wait for this GLOWY fast-casual poké to spread all over the city.
