Glow Guide to RANCHO PESCADERO // TODOS SANTOS
Rancho Pescadero is a glowy escape in Baja California, near the growingly popular Todos Santos area. With farm-fresh food, daily yoga, massages, and a private beach expanse, this hotel down in Mexico is a perfect place for some R&R.
We spent two amazing nights at Rancho Pescadero and fell in love. It's an easy getaway from LA; you fly into the Cabo airport and drive up north about an hour and a half. When you enter the hotel, you're instantly greeted by their most wonderful and friendly staff, along with welcome drinks on the house + chips/guac. Heaven.
The hotel is close to the town Todos Santos, which is getting a lot of buzz as being the 'west coast version of Tulum.' The chill and laidback vibes and colorful culture are definitely a reason to visit. (See below for our top spots in Todos Santos.)
The service at Rancho Pescadero is exceptional. Everyone greets you by name at all times, so you feel right at home. The hotel is on the smaller side, so there is a quiet and peaceful tone in the air. It's an adults-only space, meant for romance and relaxation. Their private and secluded beach, haciendas, and hammocks among the property make it the perfect spot to take time for yourself. Their rooms are hacienda style, adorned with living rooms, private balconies and terraces, and kitchenettes. In the morning, you'll wake up to a delivery of tropical fruit, pastries, and coffee before you get to enjoy the relaxing beach-front property. They also offer free yoga at 10am daily, and surf board rentals. Their beach-side spa is lovely, we couldn't get enough of their hot stone massages.
The food and beverages at the hotel are AMAZING. The perfect chips and guac, tacos, burritos, nachos, and more, all made with their farm-fresh organic ingredients. They make everything you ever want from your Mexican food -- glowy and delicious. Their Garden Restaurant is a must-visit, especially for dinner. Of course, all the ingredients are picked from their local farm so it just tastes so fresh and delicious. Don't miss out on their pizzas (seriously so good!!), we loved the Mexican pizza the most with green chilies. And in the morning, definitely ask for an iced coffee; it's whipped to perfection!
Rancho Pescadero is the type of place you want to visit over and over again, because they really make you feel like family. It's a truly special spot in Baja Mexico.

Hierbabuena // This farm-to-table restaurant is so dreamy. The decor will make you swoon, as you eat among the beautiful garden greens. Everything is super fresh, amazing drinks, and ultra organic. A must-visit when going to Todos Santos.
Taller 17 Coffee // This little shop has the best coffee in Todos Santos. And they have wonderful pastries as well. A must.
La Esquina // A beautiful interior restaurant, with great food a drinks. One of Todos Santos best.
Tacos Y Marisco El Sinaloense // This legit seafood-centric taco spot shouldn't be missed. They greet you with a huge plate of three different types of salsas, chips, condiments and side dishes, including cucumber, slaw and lime wedges.
Mixtaca // An artsy shop on a side street in town; come here for Todos Santos unique finds. The Oaxacan owner sources vintage designs, collectible items, indigenous textiles, and tons more.
Hotel California // Take a visit to this historic gem that the Eagles' song is named after, and get a drink or snack at their bar. When we walked in they were literally playing the song, it was pretty epic.
La Catrina // This restaurant is a great spot in the city for authentic and laid back Mexican fare.
Los Adobes de Todos Santos // Adorned with a stunning desert garden in the back, this restaurant is a lovely place to dine in. They have many traditional Mexican dishes creatively prepared in an elevated manner. Don't leave without having a margarita!
Cafe Santa-Fe // Italian food in Mexico, yep. This restaurant is beautiful, filled with lush garden plants, and has some seriously good Italian dishes!
Galeria Santa-Fe // One of our favorite stores in Todos Santos. They have some beautiful shibori died clothing and homewares, naturally died clothing, and other glowy odds and ends.
Jazzamango // This is one of the best and most high-end restaurants in town, owned by the renowned Mexican chef Javier Plascencia. Here Plascencia focuses on Baja's produce to take a modern approach to Mexican cuisine. He only uses local products and organic ingredients straight from his orchard.
Etnica // One of the best spots for traditional Mexican woven dresses and tops. You can find really great authentic garb here.
Neveria Rocco Ice Creams // If you need a Paleta to cool down while you're exploring town (which we're pretty sure you will!), this is your spot!
