BREAKFAST: A green juice and avocado and lemon on sourdough.
LUNCH: Chicken with roast vegetables.
DINNER: Grilled fish tacos with cabbage salad and lemon dressing, and avocado.
SNACK: A bliss ball or tea with dark chocolate. Or hummus with carrots and seed crackers.

When I’m travelling, I look for places that are loved by the locals, preferably using local ingredients. I stick to the basics - vegetables, wholegrains and seafood. My go-tos are Vietnamese, Japanese or Mediteranian.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INDULGENCE?
We usually take Friday nights off cooking and grab takeaway pizzas, or fish and chips down at the beach. Sunday mornings are never complete without a croissant from our local bakery. I love a glass of really nice red wine with dark chocolate!
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE SPOTS/RESTAURANTS TO INDULGE?
Bakeries - Tuga Pastries, Humble, Sonoma.
The Coogee Pavilion is our go-to for takeaway pizzas and Out of the Blue for the best fish and chips in Sydney.
For something extra indulgent - Mimis, Tottis in Bondi, Albertos Lounge or Raes in Bondi.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR LAST MEAL ON EARTH?
Lobster Pasta and a great glass of red wine, followed by a bowl of french fries and a lemon tart.
WHAT IS THE BEST DISH YOU COOK/ YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE?
My favourite dish to cook is fish tacos. I buy white fish locally and grill it in lemon, coriander and fresh chilli. I make a simple salad of cabbage, capsicum, herbs and lemon juice. I serve these on corn tacos with avocado, more chill, more lemon and a drizzle of EVOO.

Harris Farm, Maloneys or Bondi markets on weekends.

WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS REGIMEN? (how often & what you do)
My movement regime is Pilates mixed with walking and stretching. I move for a minimum of 20 minutes every day. Some weeks I like to focus on a particular part of the body, following targeted workout sequences from my digital Pilates program Fluidform at Home. Other weeks I listen to what my body needs and follow sequences that make me feel good. I often pair a mini targeted workout with a total body workout, or a long stretch. I stretch mornings and evenings to relax my body and unwind - this improves my sleep and focus. I stay active with my girls, lots of walking and swimming at the beach.
WHAT IS YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE? (products, facials, etc)
Morning - I cleanse and tone with The Rationale Essential products and finish with SPF, I have Rationale and Ultraviolette on rotation.
Night - I repeat my morning routine and finish with Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair.
Monthly - facial with Lowri at All Saints Clinic.
WHAT IS YOUR SELF-CARE ROUTINE?
My schedule is ever changing so without a steady ‘routine’ I like to incorporate a few things into my days to feel balanced, physically and mentally healthy… daily movement, ocean swims, massages, downtime with my girls and husband, stretching twice daily - without any distractions!
