She even concocted us some herbal tonics at Orchard St. to help combat some stomach & congestion issues from traveling.
Erin has her finger on the pulse of all things stunning, vibrant, and health supportive in Sydney. The core of her food philosophy centers around fresh and local vegetables, super foods, healing herbs, powerful mushrooms, and grounding roots. MOST PROFOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE YOU’VE EVER HAD? I have had such an intimate relationship with seeking out healing experiences and knowledge around healing since the age of 13, I feel blessed to have had so many profound healing experiences. To isolate one, I feel it was a moment of awakening; I was 17 years old and taken to the Tea Tree Lakes up north of Australia. These lakes are a traditional sacred women’s space for the indigenous people of the land, I entered the area with respect and took my time to connect with the earth upon arrival. I felt embraced! We (women) all swam naked and free, and bathed in the muddy waters of the tea trees shedding their leaves and oils. We scrubbed ourselves with the sandy mud and frolicked like mermaids, it was a true moment of freedom, womanhood, connectedness with self/each other/ mama earth, healing and true acceptance. POWERFUL!
DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY. Sleeping in, and a slow lazy wake up to a sunny day with my love, a huge bush walk with my dogs, and a picnic in our little pine forest. This day would include dancing barefoot in the lounge room, the smell of incense wafting around us, and space to feel inspired. Oh and a 2 hour Lomi Lomi massage! Alternatively another perfect day would be adventuring on the road with no agendas, no phones, and making decisions on a whim!
