Lily Kunin founded Clean Market to create a one-stop-shop for all things wellness and streamline the delivery of healthy products and wellness services. Clean Market offers innovative services including cryotherapy, cryofacials, vitamin IV drips, infrared saunas, and smoothies infused with boosters such as collagen and probiotics all under one roof.
Lily’s approach to wellness is rooted in the principles of functional medicine. She has worked closely with a team of top medical staff to curate a selection of wellness retail and treatments proven to boost energy, promote detox, balance hormones and adrenals, and so much more. She created this modern wellness destination in Manhattan, offering organic coffee & matcha bar, superfood smoothies and functional treatments. Her goal is to inspire people to incorporate healthy habits into everyday life. Like us, she believes these daily rituals are the key to feeling well.

BREAKFAST: Bone Broth, GF Sourdough Toast, Green Tea or Matcha
LUNCH: Miso Mushroom Soup and Salad combo from the store (Clean Market)
DINNER: My secret skill is being able to make something from whatever is in the fridge/pantry. Many nights that is what it is, but I also make at least one big soup a week, maybe a roast chicken and some roasted veggies to add to pastas, salads, bowls with a really yummy sauce, etc.
SNACK: Bjorn corn, crackers and hummus, crudité and dip, salted nuts, apples and raw goat cheese

Kings County Imperial, Cafe Altro Paradiso, Cervo’s, Night + Market, Pizzana, all super high quality, I don’t necessarily consider them “indulgences” per say but not classic “health” food :)
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR LAST MEAL ON EARTH?
Crispy fish tacos, chips and guac, a mezcal margarita, definitely on a beach
WHAT IS THE BEST DISH YOU COOK/ YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE?
My red lentil earth curry is always a huge hit, a perfect roast chicken, or my baked french fries (but really my secret skill is being able to whip up something delicious at a moment’s notice)
WHERE DO YOU GROCERY SHOP?
Whole Foods (delivery more often than not these days) but I still prioritize runs to local cheese + butcher shops in Brooklyn and farmer’s market on Saturday.

WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS REGIMEN? (how often & what you do)
My exercise routine is very gentle, usually a 20-minute yoga / pilates flow at home a few times a week. Walking my dog Otis every day. I love making it to a dance class or a class at The Class by TT once a week.
WHAT IS YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE? (products, facials, etc)
I have always had sensitive acne-prone skin so I could write paragraphs about my skincare and facial routine over the years… but I have it pretty down pat now. I love True Botanicals Clear Cleanser and Face Oil, but also have been loving unscented products like One Ocean Beauty’s Revitalizing Sea Serum and CV Skin Labs Calming Moisture. Same routine morning and night, but I layer on some deeper creams in the PM.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST LEARNING EXPERIENCE YOU’VE HAD TO FACE AND WHAT DID YOU TAKE AWAY FROM IT?
The unknown can create a lot of anxiety for me, and over the years I have learned to work toward giving up control. I’m learning to put in the hard work without an expectation of a specific outcome, and even learning that the outcome can be even more miraculous that originally imagined (aka doing away with limiting beliefs). Now I know there is no way to predict where I will be in 1, 5 or 10 years, but I have faith it will be beyond what I could have imagined.
DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY.
Slow morning with meditation and matcha, gentle yoga class, breakfast before a beach day with friends, delicious easy lunch after the beach followed by an afternoon nap and time to relax, walk the dog. I love a good happy hour (natural wine, mezcal, great cheese and olives) before dinner at a favorite restaurant with good company and calling it an early evening.
