What is your skincare routine? (Products, facials, etc.)
I try to get a facial at least once every couple of months, although I’d like to do it more often. I’m a huge fan of Heyday, I had my first facial there a couple of months ago and I’m obsessed.
As a goop alumna, I’m big on clean beauty products. I generally switch up my cleanser every time I finish one off, but I’m currently using Alpyn Beauty Bubbling Cleanser in the mornings. After I wash, I apply a hyalauranic acid from Image Skincare, followed by True Botanicals Vitamin C Booster mixed with their Renew Serum. I moisturize with Lavido’s Ultra Daily Facial Cream and then use Coola sunblock to finish it off. At night, I wash with Honest Beauty’s Gentle Gel Cleanser, apply Gara’s Youth Serum and use Lavido’s Age Away Hydrating Cream.
During the day, I use Life Elements CBD & Honey Skin Repair stick as chapstick and for dry spots anywhere on my body.

What is the biggest learning experience you've had to face and what did you take away from it?
For me, 2018 felt like a year of failures both personally and professionally. Working so hard for something and not getting the desired outcome was a new and particularly uncomfortable, disconcerting and painful feeling. Cliché as it sounds, it really helped me understand myself better, both the positive and negative. I got a better sense of my own strength and resilience, but also had to face up to ways in which I wasn’t as resilient or calm or even or logical as I had assumed I’d be in the face of turmoil In the end, however, the most important takeaway was that the most disappointing points in your life generally make way for the most triumphant ones.
Describe your perfect day.
Wake up and lay in bed with my husband for at least an hour, go for a run on the beach with my dog, make breakfast at home, have an adventure (preferably on bikes, in the sun) that includes some new lunch spot, take a nap, get a massage, have dinner with friends, indulge in one too many glasses of wine and dessert.
What is your most valuable glow tip/secret?
Whenever I feel like my skin is going a bit haywire, I wash my face with distilled sunflower oil for a few days. I got this tip from Kristina Holey, and it really works to reset my skin, whether it’s too dry or too oily – it’s also a great makeup remover!
Favorite quote?
“The challenge is not to be perfect...it’s to be whole.” - Jane Fonda

My family, my dog, my company (Fleur Marché!), and the fact that I get to live in Los Angeles, where we see the sun far more often than not.

What is the biggest learning experience you've had to face and what did you take away from it?
Being a full time working mom. I learned quickly that no one really has it all together. Everyday is a learning curve, and you just have to adjust to what the new normal looks like in your life. I learned that I had to make myself a real priority, in terms of physical and mental selfcare to ensure I was doing the best job at home, and I REALLY had to learn not to feel bad about making myself a priority.
Describe your perfect day.
On a week day: breakfast at home with the fam, drive my daughter to school, workout, creative work sessions with my favorite work wive (my Fleur Marché co-founder, Ashley Lewis), eat dinner with the fam. Go to bed by 8:30pm.
On a weekend: brunch with the fam in a neighborhood spot, beach, afternoon nap, and dinner at home followed by a movie.
What is your most valuable glow tip/secret?
Sleep. A lot of sleep.
Favorite quote?
Life moves pretty past. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. – Ferris Bueller.

So much. I feel incredibly lucky. I have a beautiful family, work that fullfills me every single day, and a warm house to come home to. I don’t really think it gets better than that.
What makes you glow?
Hydration (which I am bad at), sleep, and sun. I worship the sun, to a fault.
