Tara is a2btable.com‘s newest Style Expert, helping them kick off a healthy glow in the new year. A2B Table is a website that showcases home entertainers, chefs and style experts– providing inspiration for everyday entertaining on any budget. Founders of the site Annie and Benton are highlighting Tara’s health-coaching and healing counseling, with an inside glimpse of just how the process works. Along with that, Tara shared her favorite Kale Salad with Crispy Chickpeas recipe with them, as well as her curated dreamy organic tablescape.

STEP 1: Health History— This is where I get to evaluate my client, get to know them, their background, health goals & concerns, their daily diet.We have an initial phone-call where we go over each client’s comprehensive lifestyle.
STEP 2: Glow Plan— This is where I come up with a customized GLOW plan for each client. Every plan tailors to the goals and intentions of each client. Each plan includes a detailed outline for the following:
1. Meal Plan — breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert for each day (recipes included)
2. Glow Tips — eating and lifestyle tips
3. Meditation Guide — guided meditation tips
4. Exercise Plan — customized exercise tips and plan
5. Eating Out Tips — tips on staying healthy while eating out
6. Recipes — detailed recipes that coincide with the customized daily meal plan
STEP 3: Weekly Follow-Up— this is when we check in on the phone about the progress, how the client feels on the plan, and continued follow-up coaching
