Keep the summer sunshine alive with this Mango Turmeric Smoothie. It’s refreshing, nourishing, and will add a potent dose of liquid vibrancy into your life. #howyouglow

Think of this Mango Turmeric smoothie as a glowy Mango Lassi. It’s rich, creamy, and delicious without all the sugary sweetness you usually get in this drink. With the addition of turmeric you’re healing your body from the inside out– along with the tart mango and sheep’s milk yogurt, you’ll get a lovely and satisfying drink to sip on. We’re always looking for new and creative ways to incorporate turmeric into our diets and this sunshine-filled drink is another one to add to the list!


Serves 2


  • 2 cups cut up mango
  • 1/4 cup sheep’s milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (+ splash more if necessary)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1-2 dates (depending on how sweet you like it)


1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth

2. Enjoy!

  1. Didn’t consider how yummy it would be to incorporates a date or two into my smoothie! Great tip – I’ve had a kale & turmeric green juice before which is FANTASTIC. I die for mangos so this is another yummy recipe to try – thanks!

  2. I’ve been looking for a smoothie/juice to enjoy turmeric with. I think you nailed it with mango! Excited to try this! I usually have mine with a carrot base, but I’m going to try mango instead, but I guess both carrots and mango and turmeric would be good too! Love it! Thanks for this recipe.
